Hell Comes to Frogtown (DVD) Rowdy Roddy Piper, the former WWF superstar, stars in this ultra campy low budget post apocalyptic thriller as Sam Hell, one of the few fertile males left on Earth after WWIII. Code 46 (DVD) Set in Shanghai in the near future, CODE 46 takes place in a world where in-vitro fertilization, embryo splitting, fertility monitor saliva and cloning have become so widespread that the government monitors all pregnancies to avoid incestuous births, whether on purpose or accidental.
